There are two ways to drop off scrap metal in Dordrecht. You can drive to our yard at Keenstraat 28 yourself—no appointment needed and no minimum weight required. Or you can have it picked up, and we’ll drop off a container or pallet box at your location. We can do this at your home or workplace, once or more often. Please bring a valid form of identification, as this is required by law in the metal trade. If you'd prefer to be paid by bank transfer, please have your bank account number ready.
We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. and on Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Vehicles weighing up to 4 metric tons are allowed on the premises, so you can simply drive right in with a van or a trailer.

Doesn't it fit in your car, or do you just not feel like making the trip? Then we'll come to Dordrecht. A 670-liter pallet box fits in a shed, garage, or workshop and is handy for pipes, cables, and loose parts. For beams, fencing, machinery, or a dismantled installation, we'll deliver a container ranging from 20 to 40 m³.
It doesn't have to be a regular arrangement. Are you clearing out a shed just once, or do you have a pile of metal left over after a renovation? Then we'll simply pick up that bin or container as soon as you're done. If you have metal to dispose of on a regular basis, we'll leave it in place and replace it when it's full.

Is your shipment under 1,000 kg? If so, we’ll still deliver it, but we’ll include shipping costs, which we’ll deduct from the proceeds. A pallet box is usually delivered within 24 hours. For a container, we’ll need a little more time, since we have to schedule transportation for it.

Hand-stripped copper fetches the highest price, since it no longer has any insulation around it. Do you have cable with insulation? Just bring it in as is—we’ll strip it ourselves.

Yes. Individuals, self-employed professionals, and businesses are all welcome to contact us. You don’t need to own a business or make an appointment. Even as an individual, you can have a container or pallet box delivered.
There is no minimum weight requirement for drop-off, not even for a single radiator. The 1,000 kg limit applies only if you want your scrap metal picked up free of charge. If your weight is below that, we’ll still come, but we’ll charge for transportation; feel free to request a no-obligation quote.
If you come in yourself, yes. As soon as we’ve weighed your scrap metal, you can pay—in cash or by bank transfer. If we pick it up, payment is made by bank transfer. In either case, you’ll receive a weigh slip showing the weight by metal type.
