There’s no need to pack anything. We’ll take care of that for you when we come by, using our own packing materials. Of course, we can also take any related peripherals, cables, or other electronics with us right away. Easy, right?
This pickup service is free in the following cases:
- at least five servers that are no more than five years old and suitable for reuse, or
- At least 250 kg of servers, peripheral equipment, cabling, and other electronic equipment.
With those quantities, we can use the residual value of the equipment to cover our pickup costs. And when it comes to very large batches, there may even be a profit in it for you! Contact us for a proposal.

Returning or Disposing of Old Servers
Is your network infrastructure due for an upgrade? Do you want to get rid of old servers, or do you have other surplus network equipment, such as switches, tape drives, or UPS/emergency power supplies?
Krommenhoek Metals can dispose of your old servers. For orders of ten or more, we’ll even do it completely free of charge! Small quantities can be dropped off at our drop-off location without an appointment. Do you have larger quantities? Please contact us for a personalized quote.
Sell Old Servers
Do you have more than ten servers that are no more than five years old? We may be able to buy them from you. That way, your old hardware will still be of some value, and its useful life will be extended. Krommenhoek Metals will thoroughly inspect your old servers and network equipment. Of course, all data that can be traced back to individuals and companies will be removed. If needed, we can also remove data storage media from old equipment and certify their destruction or erasure.
