• Lightweight attachments and/or batteries are permitted
• A few small transformers and other copper-containing components.
• A combination of high-quality and low-quality components.
• Moderately populated with IC chips on at least one side.
• It may have gold-plated connectors.

• No heavy-metal components, heavy transformers, or capacitors.
