
In-house odd jobs with the new Scania R500 8x2 for Krommenhoek Metals
We’ve had to wait over 1.5 years for this, but our patience has been rewarded with the unveiling of our new Scania R500 8×2 scrap-crushing truck. Carrying out scrap-crushing jobs in-house has long been a cherished goal of the metal recycler serving Rotterdam and the Westland region. For many years, the company’s slogan has been “Service in Scrap,” and now being able to carry out baling jobs entirely in-house certainly contributes to this.
The truck was ordered from Scania Southwest Netherlands – Truck graphics by TipTop Advertising in the Westland region
Why a squeeze cart?
- Ideal for construction sites where there isn't enough space to place a container
- Heavy lifting of up to 3.5 metric tons next to the car
- High places are within reach with a working length of up to 12 meters
