Krommenhoek Metals Remains an Accredited Training Company for Another 4 Years

Being recognized as an “Accredited Training Company” is something to be very proud of. This means the company meets all the requirements to provide MBO students with proper and responsible guidance during the practical component of their program. In doing so, you’re making an important contribution by ensuring that professional skills remain relevant for the future. In fact, this makes the company a literal “textbook” example for the industry.

The accreditation is always valid for four years. At the end of that period, the SBB (Cooperative Organization for Vocational Education and Training) conducts a new assessment.

Last week, this process was completed for Krommenhoek Metals, and the result is that we will be able to continue to call ourselves an Accredited Training Company for the next four years.

Of course, it’s not just beneficial for the students, who get the chance to gain practical experience. It can also serve as a great talent pool for us to recruit enthusiastic, motivated, and skilled colleagues in the future. What’s more, during their internships, students bring a fresh perspective to the company and contribute up-to-date knowledge and new insights. This creates a great and healthy mix within our organization. And it’s often a lot of fun, too.

In short: we are very pleased that, for the next four years as well, all the ingredients are in place for a fruitful collaboration between various interns and Krommenhoek Metals.
