Krommenhoek Metals Scrap Prices Update: Copper Price Down, Scrap Iron Price Unchanged

Over the past few weeks, we’ve mainly seen stablescrap pricesforscrap metals, and even some periodic increases, particularly for copper and nickel. Now, prices have fallen slightly. Last week,red copperwas still worth EUR 5.30 per kilo at Krommenhoek Metals, but this week the scrap price was lowered to EUR 5.15. The scrap price for hand-peeled red copper fell from EUR 5.90 to EUR 5.75, a drop of nearly 3%. Scrap prices for metals such as aluminum, lead, zinc, and brass have remained unchanged.
